Design Challenge
Revamp a local non-profit’s logo and branding to  a more visually appealing and appropriate design.

Target Audience
This non-profit targets adults and families that are looking into adopting a new pet. These people are usually looking for a more humane approach to adopting by choosing a non-kill, cage-free shelter.

Design Narrative
Wags & Whiskers is in urgent need of logo and website rebrands. Their old logo has bright neon colors with a lot of contrast and looks outdated. The designer chose neutral colors and the appeal of cartoon and illustration of various breeds of dogs to make the brand more approachable and memorable.

This modern approach will attract younger audiences such as Millenials and Gen Z-ers, a fast and growing demand for pets and four-legged friends. This audience is more used to fast and practical communications, which called for a more suitable logo.
